2. Quotes and Estimates

• All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date of issue

• Quotes are based on current material prices and labor costs

• Additional work beyond the original scope will require separate quotation

• Final costs may vary by up to 10% from initial estimates due to unforeseen circumstances

3. Payment Terms

• 30% deposit required before work commences

• Stage payments as agreed in the contract

• Final payment due upon completion and client satisfaction

• Payment terms: 14 days from invoice date

• Late payments subject to 8% interest per annum

• All prices are subject to applicable VAT

4. Project Timeline

• Start and completion dates are estimates subject to weather and material availability

• Company will notify Client of any significant delays

• Force majeure events may affect timeline

• Client delays may result in project rescheduling

5. Client Obligations

• Provide accurate information for project planning

• Ensure site access during agreed working hours

• Obtain necessary permissions and permits

• Inform Company of any site-specific requirements

• Clear work areas before project commencement

6. Company Obligations

• Deliver services with reasonable skill and care

• Comply with building regulations and safety standards

• Maintain appropriate insurance coverage

• Use qualified personnel for all work

• Follow industry best practices

7. Materials

• Company will source quality materials unless otherwise specified

• Client-supplied materials used at Client's risk

• Surplus materials remain Company property unless otherwise agreed

• Material storage responsibility as specified in contract

8. Warranties and Guarantees

• Workmanship guaranteed for 12 months

• Manufacturer warranties passed to Client where applicable

• Guarantee void if unauthorized modifications made

• Regular maintenance required to maintain warranty

• Specific warranty terms provided per project

9. Insurance and Liability

• Company maintains public liability insurance

• Professional indemnity insurance in place

• Client responsible for existing property insurance

• Company not liable for pre-existing property conditions

• Maximum liability limited to project value

10. Cancellation and Termination

• 14-day cooling-off period for domestic clients

• Cancellation charges apply after cooling-off period

11. Dispute Resolution
